- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
- Masters of Arts in Occupational Therapy (entry-level and post-professional)
- Doctoralte of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- Doctor of Philosophy in Occupational Science (PhD)
All prerequisite course must be taken at accredited college or university. Students are expected to earn a grade of an A or B in each prerequisite course. "Pass/fail grades or grades below C are not accepted. The minimum acceptable GPA for prerequisite course work is a 3.0 and prerequisite course must have been completed with the last 5 years.** All courses may be takne online except for anatomy.

*if anatomy and physiology are combined, two semesters must be taken with a laboratroy each semester.
